First Aid

Accident is not predictable, event sometimes can predicted but most of them is unpredictable. This condition make we are care and carefully in daily activities to avoid injury or accident, therefore we have to prepare first aid kit.

Please provide the First Aid Kit in your home to prevent your injury more serious. This is a simple thing but most of people never thing more about that. You must also keep in your motor cycle or car. First Aid Kit is very light kit that you can bring to everywhere you want it. When you go for mountain climbing, hiking, camping please don't forget to bring it.

The First Aid Kit box just include such as a below:

1. Scissor
2. Disposible Gloves
3. Bandage
4. Sterile gauze
5. Elastis bandage
6. Adhesive tape
7. Antiseptic solution (Bethadine)
8. Alcohol
9. Burn cream
10. Cotton ball
11. Emergency medecines such as painkiller, acetaminophen.
12. Normal saline
13. Eye water sterile

All article above is enough but if you will go for camping , hiking I suppose to put another article such as flashlight and extra batteries, thermometer, hidrocortison cream dan blanket also map and emergency phone number is more prefered.
